What is a "Birthday Smiles" club session?

• 1 Studio session for 1 person*

• 1 backdrop may be selected to use for this session

• up to 2 outfits

• Number prop(s), chalkboard with birthday age, or similar "age" prop(s) MUST be included in at least 2 poses

• average session time is up to 30 minutes

• 10 professionally edited images to view for ordering selection

Any client who has used my services within the past 12 months is eligible to join. If you did a Christmas session, Memories with the Easter Bunny session, All-Star session, Memories with Santa session, In-Studio Snapshot Spot experience, purchased Preschool Portraits, and more, you are invited to join the Birthday Smiles Club within the next year.

After you register to join the club, you will be contacted with instructions on how to sign the contract & submit the membership payment.

You must sign the contract and pay Club membership a minimum of 15 days prior to your session date to finalize your registration and to qualify for order discount benefit.

You will receive a reminder to schedule your Birthday Smiles session, if you haven't already done so, about 6 weeks prior to club member's birthday.

You are invited to join DDC's private Facebook group for club members. Backdrop & prop options and ideas for great birthday sessions will be shared, as well as reminders and other info.

All sessions include my time applying my editing style to your images & light retouching. Extensive retouching may require an additional fee. Please discuss your concerns with me. Your proofs will be available in an online password protected gallery for easy viewing, ordering, & sharing with family & friends.

Average turn around time for Birthday Smiles portrait session editing is up to 3 weeks.

Quality portraits are an investment. Payment plans available upon request.

A La Carte ordering offered for all portrait sessions. Pay only for the images you LOVE from your portrait session! Choose from wall art and gift prints, a few edited digital images or all the edited digital images, portrait gifts, other portrait products, or any combination of these items. 

*May also be redeemed for a 6-month-old or 18-month-old keepsake session, for which you may purchase more than one membership per year for the same child including full club benefits. As a mother, I feel these first few half birthdays are important milestones which deserve to be celebrated and remembered, too!

   - May NOT be used for a cake smash session.

   - May be redeemed for 1st birthday portraits. However, most parents prefer to incorporate several themes, outfits, and more than one backdrop for those oh so special milestone 1st birthday portraits and opt to do a full Child Celebration session.

If you purchase edited digital images, a personal use print release will be provided. The quality of prints or products processed thru another developer other than DDC cannot be guaranteed.
